30 Second Beer Review: Icicle Brewing Company Glacier Lilly
The Glacier Lily is a wildflower — bright yellow, the first to bloom after snowmelt in the Cascades and Rockies, pushing up through the mud before anyone else dares. It’s the perfect name for Icicle Brewing’s newest West Coast IPA, a beer that borrows its identity from the alpine landscape directly outside the Leavenworth taproom. Icicle Brewing has been making the Dark Persuasion milk stout that’s one of the most decorated beers in this entire series. Glacier Lily is a different statement entirely — a modern West Coast IPA built on five hops that read like a deliberate cross-section of the best the style has to offer right now.
