ATV Photo Time
As mentioned yesterday I got the ATV setup and running thanks to a number of good nature hams (aren’t they all?). I don’t have all the time in the world after work to tinker with my ATV setup, hopefully next week on my days off I can clean up the actual setup and hide some of the wires that are racing from the roof line through the window, onto my floor and into my ATV setup.
Here are a few photos I took this evening showing off the antennas I have mounted on the roof (yes, against the CC&Rs of the HOA), but these ARE television antennas and they were “professionally installed, right? I am a licensed ham, doesn’t that make me a professional? I will attend my first ATV net tonight on the Mt. Diablo repeater. Looking forward to it. I do have to buy some new RG-6 cable that is higher quality, my TV picture is still snowy. More later…
