Christmas’05

As I sit here at work, we are in the waning hours of Christmas Day. This was the first Christmas my wife and celebrated with our son, Zachary. If you follow the site, then you might remember he was born about 5 weeks early. So it really goes without saying the kid made out like a bandit this year! His closet is full of clothes, there are toys all over his floor. To be honest, I think my wife was actually enjoying playing with them.

Much of Christmas Eve and part of Christmas Day were spent watching A Christmas Story, I mentioned this yesterday, but damn that is such a classic movie! My wife was far to kind to me this year. Aside from the traditional gifts such as clothes, I did get and Seinfeld: Season 5. Talk about some more classic comedy. That fulfills a very tiny portion of my “want list” when it comes to DVDs.

I know every year I say I am going to send Christmas cards out, but somehow the season sneaks up on you and before you know it, it is too late. The same goes with Christmas lights, I am going to shoot for 10,000 to 12,000 lights on the house next year. Clark Griswold eat your heart out! Again, grandiose plans, we will see if it actually materializes.I also want to pass a Merry Christmas to all my friends, both near and far. It has been another long year that is about to be closed out, we have hit the apex with Christmas and the rest is down hill for about week. Hope you all had your holiday wishes fulfilled and enjoyed your Christmas.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
