Fem Fatales Who Play
Finally…it feels good to have the “old look” back, here on The 6th Floor. It feels like that old pair of blue jeans that you just cannot get rid of. Not to mention I think this layout and color scheme is outstanding. Props to my buddy, Ellusion! Now onto the new content.
As I mentioned yesterday, we are starting a series of interviews with female gamers who play Urban Terror. I decided to keep it within our community, since I do know a few of the female gamers, some of which I talk to on a regular basis and they seem more “down to earth” that some other interviews I have read. If you missed yesterday’s rant titled, Female Gamers: Introduction it sets up the reason behind why I decided to do this. I decided to do this after reading a few female interviews from RogeR over on Planetquake3.net. The conclusion from a few females I spoke with, “that girl totally dissed female gaming!”
You might have also noticed a few changes here. Gone is the 6th Floor Poll, seeing it was such a pointless feature, since some felt it necessary to “stuff” the count. That has been replaced with a dedicated Urban Radio page.
Finally, I am still working out a few of the dead links, which I know are still there. Give me a week or so. Most of what I am getting up and running are the archives of all the rants I have written since, 1999.
