Real world commitments seen to keep interfering with my duties here on ‘The Floor’ and with Urban Terror. I think it was good to keep my complaint about The CPL up for a few days. What fools! All has not been lost, there is a new poll you can partake in. These week we want to know, What is the real reason the community has not seen an official release of Urban Terror Beta 2? Damn that monkey! Or was is BBQ? Cast your vote to find out what is causing the delay.

I am receiving more e-mails from gamers coming from the Counter-Strike Community. Most enjoy what they have seen to date with Beta 1.27. Hopefully this introduction will turn into an addiction we Silicon Ice Development releases Urban Terror Beta 2. No date has been released but based on the information from dokta8 and myself discussed in this thread you should be able to draw some conclusions. As dokta said, “…a final date is out of the question…I’m really sorry we can’t do any better than that, but from past experience I know we’ll cop flak whether we set a date or not, release early or late.”

Received some new screen shots from eXKalibuR and his upcoming level, Museum. Hopefully I will be receiving in a few weeks to check it out. Here are a few teasers for you:

    What about SID created maps? Well, the new Ricochet by WetWired is great! He has modified much of the map and included a few new areas which will really enhance the game play. There are also a few newly skinned vehicles. This is definitely a top notch level! Uptown by BattleCow continues to impress the more we play test it. There are a few areas he is working on to improve. Look for this to be one of the best game play maps for Beta 2. Gerbil is still working away on Pressure Zone, modify textures and finishing up numerous rooms. Was able to test the map more this last week. Look for this to be a big improvement from mbase. We know how much everyone love the grenade freaks on that map.

Damn where do these gamers come from? I have seen some strange clans, for example, Clan Homotoxin. *shiver* Don’t they look like a mean much. Hahahah…check out Rubber Ducky, put together by NoFear. *squeek*
