Over the Top?

Another day, another video, from another TSA checkpoint. I don’t believe these people will ever understand their place, as it relates to airport/airline security. But your experience will be helpful when you apply to Walmart or the mall, so just remember that. Base on those few comments or past TSA related posts, I am not a big supporter of the TSA or their “iron fist” tactics at security checkpoints. This is one reason why I chose NOT to fly. The other reason, I really have no place to go, but if I did I would consider driving first.

While I do believe this woman is overreacting, with a bit of flair for the dramatic the ensuing video of her son being confronted, first by the TSA, followed by a ‘Ground Security Coordinator’ (GSC) from Southwest Airlines. “A Ground Security Coordinator is an employee of an airline who is designated to interface with aircrew, law enforcement officers, and others in matters of security.” This supervisor (I assume) tells the person filming, “it’s illegal” followed by “do you want to fly anywhere?” He is very confrontation and threatening in his approach. Hmmm, that was something I wasn’t taught when I went through my GSC training for United. Then again, I would not get involved in this situation, since it’s solely between the passenger and the TSA.

From the TSA Blog, which is really nothing more than a mouthpiece is this piece of information,

We don’t prohibit public, passengers or press from photographing, videotaping, or filming at screening locations…local laws, state statutes, or local ordinances might

Yet when the Phoenix Police Department arrive they do nothing to the individual filming and while not completely clear, they took the woman in question back out of the sterile area. Now there was some discussion this had happened multiple times by the family in question. Not surprise the local authorities don’t do much to back the complaint of the woman. Although, near the end of the video you can hear the peace officer say “I don’t think they will let you fly.”

There are other ways to go ab out making your Fourth Amendment Right statement. I have highlighted a few in past Aviation “in”Security pieces. I would stand up for my rights and refuse to be molested by the TSA. Chances are I would turn around and walk away (if they allowed me). It’s a broken process that doesn’t further aviation security. I have called it “window dressing” in the past and will stand by that statement. This “make work program” has not deterred terrorists from striking the U.S. or taking down our nation’s airlines.

TSA: Grope & Pillage

What more really needs to be said? The TSA is a HUGE black hole that the U.S. Government continues to throw money at and for what? Don’t say safer airports because you will be kidding yourself. Yeah, you can point to no other terrorist attacks since 9-11. Remember it was YOUR government that planned and executed the attacks on 9-11, found some scapegoats and viola. Conspiracy!

I found that images on ATS in a thread titled, ‘TSA Nabs Suspected Al Qaeda Terrorist At O’Hare International Airport.’ The story, along with video shows a 3 year old boy, with a broken leg, in a body cast being molested by the TSA, on our tax dollar. Gotta love it.

TSA and Acts of Lewdness?

Child Molester Ralph David AndersonWow, why does this not hit me as a surprise? The headline reads, DA charges Spring Creek man with lewdness. While Elko, Nevada is not a thriving metropolis there are still degenerates who need work and find comfort and a paycheck in the government make work program known as a the Transportation Security Administration. This is the same agency charged with the responsibility of protecting air travelers. Unfortunately Ralph David Anderson, 61 found comfort in “six counts of lewdness with a child.”

This sick fuck got his molestation training from the TSA and probably enjoyed his position at the agency having the responsibility to “pat down” people and especially children. Sick and twisted? Yep, sure is. But he is really no different than many of the other child molesters out on the street today. This guy is paid by the government to perform his acts that included, teaching various sex acts, having sexual contact, teaching the under 14 year old girl to “say various vulgar words associated with body parts and sexual activities,” rub lotion over his body, watch porn and drink alcohol.

Together this dirt bag was charged with only six counts by the Elko Sheriff’s Department. What’s worse is this guy is being held on ONLY a $250,000 bond! Why? I am quite surprised Big Sis and “The Pisser” (John Pistole) aren’t there to stand behind his actions and bail him out in order to get him back to his screening position. What a joke! I’, sorry aviation security in the USA is a completely joke.

Being we are nearing 10 years since the U.S. Government’s “inside job” known as 9-11 and things are no better. Many sheeple are processed daily by the TSA and many accept, what is now the “norm” when they fly. It’s unfortunately more of the population doesn’t stand up to TPTB (the powers that be) and fight for their freedoms and rights as individuals of this once great nation.

Above the Law

Three recent news stories that have come forward and stirred more controversy surrounding the TSA and their illegal searches prove that the agency is “above the law.” The first story is out of Washington D.C. where a circuit court has ruled that “naked scans” of travelers is constitutional and do not violate OUR Fourth Amendment right.

Judge Douglas Ginsberg said advance imaging technology is not unreasonable given the security concerns on airplanes, and that people have the option to opt out for a pleasurable patdown. He writes:

“On the other side of the balance, we must acknowledge the steps the TSA has already taken to protect passenger privacy, in particular distorting the image created using AIT and deleting it as soon as the passenger has been cleared. More telling, any passenger may opt-out of AIT screening in favor of a patdown, which allows him to decide which of the two options for detecting a concealed, nonmetallic weapon or explosive is least invasive (source).”

Yeah fuck you Douglas! Side with the government, it’s agents, DHS, TSA and the maufacuters Rapiscan and L-3 who build the screening equipment. The TSA did violate an administrative law when it failed to ask for public comment before the new rule making, yet Ginsberg said, “better late than never.”

It also seems that Donald Rumsfeld stopped for a photographic moment with the TSA when he was “allegedly” selected to be randomly screened. Personally, I don’t believe it. I think it was nothing more than a publicity stunt to get the American public to buy into the fact that illegal screening is acceptable in todauy’s culture and even government officials have a chance to be groped. The Who’s Exempt List is ever growing. Are you on it? It is now a travel norm, not an exception. All courtesy of YOUR U.S. Government and their attacks on 9-11.

Finally a fed up air travel groped back at Sky Harbor in Phoenix, Arizona the other day. The female passenger is accused of putting her hands on a TSO. “Court records show 61-year-old Yukari Mihamae grabbed the left breast of the female agent Thursday at the Terminal 4 checkpoint…Police say she squeezed and twisted the agent’s breast with both hands.” Now she faces a felony count of sexual abuse (source). I say good for her! I would contribute to her defense fund. Although I believe the changes will be dropped by the TSA for publicity reasons and to prevent the TSA for further damaging their image they attempt to uphold.
