INGREDIENTS:
1 cup quinoa
1/2 diced red onion
1/2 diced cucumber
2 tomato, chopped
1 cup chopped fresh spinach
1 can (15 oz.) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning and salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all together in a bowl. Enjoy.
