INGREDIENTS:
Bananas (1 per person)
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Nutmeg (optional)
Cinnamon (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Peel bananas and freeze them on a cookie sheet or aluminum foil. Chop the bananas into pieces and place in blender or juicer until creamy. Top with fruit, nutmeg or cinnamon. Enjoy!
